According to 2019 JEE main cut-off for admissions in NIT Trichy, the closing rank for OBC male category candidate was 7578.
This is for chemical engineering aspirants from home quota.
For 2018, the opening and closing ranks for OBC male category candidates was 3373 and 5956 respectively.
So for home state Candidates, it is usually below 8,000 rank. Now, to get a rank below this, you will have to get around 98-99 percentile. Anything less than this will reduce your chances.
