Assuming you are a JEE aspirant from your profile on that basis

For the SC category, a percentile around 58-62 is generally required to qualify for most competitive exams, with specific cut-offs varying depending on the exam and institution. for instance, in JEE Mains, the SC category usually needs a percentile around 60 to qualify.

Try to get your rank to 85 - 86 percentile in JEE and you will get many  IIITs opening for you.

For getting CSE in any NIT, your rank should be under 90 thousand (even for NE NITs), even with SC category.
