It is difficult to give you the exact percentile with which you may get seat in NITs.But if you manage to score 80 percentile or above you will have good chances of getting a NIT of your choice and branch.Considering 2019 JoSAA seat allotment candidates with pwd category below 1000 could secure seat in various NITs. So your rank must be below 1000 and you must score above 80 marks to score such percentile and rank.
