Hello,
We cannot predict the percentile with which you may get seat in top NITs.But it will be helpful if you score 95 or above percentile or rank below 10,000 then you will have good chances of getting a seat in choice of your branch and NIT.You need to work ver hard for JEE main April session if you want to score such percentile.
