It's quite difficult to predict qualifying cutoff percentile as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
JEE mains 2019 cutoff percentile for different categories is given below:-
General :-89.7548849
GEN-EWS :- 78.2174869
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-74.3166557
Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 54.0128155
Scheduled Tribe (ST):-44.3345172
PwD :- 0.11371730
So, in case if you belong to general category then you should target at least around 90 percentile to qualify JEE mains cutoff.

In order to qualify JEE Main to get eligible to write JEE Advanced, different categories require different percentile. The cutoff for this year can be predicted based on previous year cutoff and the past year cutoff was following:
General........89 percentile
EWS............78 percentile
OBC.............74 percentile
SC................54 percentile
ST................44 percentile
PwD............0.11 percentile
The cutoff for this year will be more or less similar to the above. So in accordance with your category you can predict how much percentile you need to qualify JEE Main.
