you have not mentioned about a  particular college, thus I am saying that a total of 70-75% is needed in Class 12.

For example,

If you belong to a general category percentage should be between 85 to 95 to get a good college under Delhi University. For a reserved category percentage range is between 70 to 90. Cutoff varies from college to college.
