AEEE is a university-level exam conducted every year by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, a deemed to be university, for admission to its four-year B.Tech programmes. The entrance exam is conducted in both Computer-based test (CBT) mode and Pen-and-paper (P&P) mode; candidates can though choose any one mode only. The question type is objective, with a total of 100 questions asked from physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Mathematics contributes a maximum of 40 questions while remaining 60 questions are equally distributed between the other two subjects.
