You haven't mentioned your category, for a general category student the minimum qualifying mark to qualify in AP EAPCET/TS EAMCET is 40. If your category is general category then you will not qualify in AP EAPCET with 39 marks thus you will not be in the rank list. If you belong to reserved category then you will qualify as there is no minimum marks required for reserved category students. Considering the given score your rank is expected to be in between 80,000-1,00,000. The actual rank may vary depending on top score in the exam, total number of candidates appeared in the entrance examination, normalization of marks etc. To know your actual rank you need to wait until the results are declared.
