I can tell you the cutoff of the Haryana Open General category of previous years from which you can get an idea.
In 2017 and 2018,
Opening Rank- 15722 and Closing Rank- 19611 (CSE)
Opening Rank- 33321 and Closing Rank- 37749 (Electrical)
Opening Rank- 26294 and Closing Rank- 28918 (ECE)
Opening Rank- 39587 and Closing Rank- 45439 (EICE)
Opening Rank- 21942 and Closing Rank- 23790 (IT)
Opening Rank- 24540 and Closing Rank- 32359 (Mechanical)
For reserved categories of Haryana, this cutoff even goes above 1 lakh.

All I know is that you should get your rank below 30000 to get CSE with General category and Homestate Quota in YMCA, Faridabad. So you can go to any rank predictor site and put there rank below 30000. Marks shown there will be the probable at least marks to get admission in CS.
Four years ago, the last closing rank was 28000 for CSE General.
If you can't get admission in CSE there then I would suggest you to go for IT because both trades are having similar placements records for the last 2 years as told by my friends in CS & IT.
