Hi Shaik ,
Even A rank of 2k will fetch you a seat in the desired branch due to the category privilege.
For anaesthesia it is good but general surgery may be available in peripheral branch of AIIMS. Also,for obst and gynae you will need better rank like 1000 around. You may use the rank wise college and branch predictor available in careers360.
