you have to say about which college you asking. It differs from one college to  the other.

generally, you have to qualify your entrance which you are appearing. you have to try your best to get good marks in the  entrance. Everyone wants that to be best.

So it depends on you how hard you can work.Go and study smartly and give your best shot. Don't look for shortcuts. It will take you nowhere
