Generally state counseling Governmemt College doesn't take obc rank of jee mains, they take you by verifying your CRL Rank in JEE mains. There some few private college or some semi government colleges who give some fees concessions, as per your secured rank in jee exam, you can try for them if your ranks are not around cutoff marks of government colleges.
