Msc in pharmaceutical chemistry is 2 year postgraduation course and basic eligibility required is to qualify graduation in bsc with recognised university. And admission to msc is based on entrance exam consucted by university itself. 

Well fee structure differ from college to college and depends on institutions only. Generally it may cost rs.50000 to 1.5 lakh for this course. But this amount may differ.
