A Civil Engineer can earn from anywhere in between Rs 8k to Rs 120k depending on the field you choose, your grades, experience, software exposure and of course PSU recruitments.

Though my suggestion to you would be complete you B. Tech degree first before going for jobs. Because as a civil engineering graduate you will have a lot more opportunities than just a diploma.
