see after completing mbbs course you have to complete 1 year internship, after that there is license exam, salary structure ranges from hospitals where you are working and also for your designation,  if you get selected in junior doctor your salary will be ranges from 30-50k per month, and some of the institute or medical college and hospitals of centralized provides 80k per month for doctors who are pursuing md courses.
