Hi, in CMC vellore seat distribution is divided into 84 sponsored seats for christian minority people who have been serving the institution for more than 10 years and rest 16 unsponsored seats .
So according to that last year in 2019 under 85% state quota 439 marks were the least marks to secure a seat under institutional quota ,269 under management quota from all categories and 465 marks  from general . These all are for   management quota from open category.
In general to get a seat in CMC Vellore you need to score 650+ marks but remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
