According to the cut-offs from previous years from the various private colleges you'd need at least the following amount of marks in your NEET 2019 to get into one of them:

UR State Quota: 490+/720
SC State Quota: 380+/720
ST State Quota: 250+/720

If you think you've received this much marks in your NEET 2019, I think you're very well eligible for a private seat in Kerala.
