Judging by the fact that the paper will be of similar difficulty a score of 500+ should be considered a good score. Also keeping in mind that Manipal was awarded IOE status this year, the cut offs might shoot up as well. But, it is almost impossible to account for that. So just aim for a score around 550–560 and you should be fine.
