For a candidate to get into AIIMS Delhi there are many eligibility criterias. For a general candidate the score must be atleast 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, OBC candidates 45% and SC/ST candidates 40% in order to qualify the exam. The cut-off percentile score for general category is 98.124678. For candidates of OBC and unreserved PwD category the cutoff percentile is 95.2939507. The cutoff for OBC PwD category and SC/ST category is 90.2036135. The cutoff for SC/ST PWD is 82.2825521.

According to previous year's data , the cutoff percentile for ST category was 99.468163 , with the category rank of 2090 for getting admission into AIIMS delhi.
