For MBBS admission in AIIMS Delhi, or any AIIMS for that matter, the percentile is more important than score because the exam takes place in two shifts. For example, in AIIMS 2017, the 400th ranker got 120 marks and the 600th got 125. And yes, there are many students with the same score securing different ranks (with the help of tie breaker) and there is very little difference in score between ranks.
So what I want to tell you is, instead of setting a target about how much to score in AIIMS, you should try to get maximum right answers. Negative marking weighs heavily on ranks in AIIMS. So make sure not to make any guess work.
