See this is a very tough question because if you want to get to the premier medical colleges of the indraprastha university of Delhi university which include your Maulana Azad medical college as well as safdarjung medical college then you will need to score in excess of 600 out of 720 to avail it via the 15% all India quota and definitely in excess of 570 to 580 out of 720 to crack it by the 85% state quota as of the cutoff so the previous years gate there are some instances where the cut offs may go down but ok to be on a seaside I would advise you to try to score in excess of 550 and if possible in excess of 600 to even 650 m for the best medical colleges across Delhi
