usually the cutoff for tamilnadu is being over the last few years and definitely you need to try to score in excess of 570 to 600 to get a government medical college seat in tamilnadu although if it is a tough paper the cutoff may come down to 550 for unreservedcategory and around 520 to  530 for reserve category
if you want to access it via the all India quota then you need to score definitely in excess of 600 and possible in excess of 630 to 640 since tamilnadu is one of the premier steps to be opted for my many students after Delhi in terms of all India counselling and does your rank needs to be pretty hai
