It really depends on certain parameters and is not fixed. Whatever I say here is an approximate estimate and must be taken with a pinch of salt. I have seen my friends being paid on an average of 10,000 INR to 15,000 INR monthly.

There are two ways through which you are going to get stipend during your master's degree. First, you have take admission through your GATE score. In this case, the government will provide 12000 per month for the whole duration of your Master's degree. 

Another way to get stipend is through assistantships. Such as teaching assistantship, Lab assistantship, Project guide etc. For this, you need to contact you HOD of the college. They will give more detail about the work and position. The stipend, in this case, varies according to the college.
