After accepting the seat when you apply for withdrawal of the seat, you are eligible for the refund of the fees. JOSAA will refund your fees in around 30-40 days of filing for seat withdrawal. But it will deduct 1000 rs. as councilling fees. All the fees other than that will be refunded in a month or 40 days.
