It would be difficult to tell you as the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates appearing in the exam, etc.

According to the previous year AIIMS Bhopal cutoff, last rank (General) was 647 and in 2017 the last rank was 1003.
