While asking a question or inquiring about any query you need to mention the adequate or necessary details of that question like in this case you need to mention the entrance examination you are referring to or the name of the institution so that we can understand your question or query and deliver an accurate answer to it.

Nevertheless, if you are allotted a seat in the 2nd round of counseling and haven't been allotted a seat in the first round then you need to pay the seat acceptance fee in order to accept the seat allotted to you. The amount of the seat acceptance fee is decided by the management.
