Hello ,

You need to pay 75,000 in KIIT in order to reserve your seat , after the phase 4 results , you must have been asked to pay the amount.

Yes it is refundable , Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology refunds as per their refund policy. KIIT Bhubaneswar asks for INR 75,000 at the time of counselling t. This fees includes approx. INR 10,000 as counselling registration charges which is non refundable.
