Typically, aspiring product managers enter a program with three to five years of business experience, so they already have some of the skills needed for product management. If you can add skills in this field that will probably increase your chances of getting a seat secured.
For joing PMT in major pharma companies basic educational qualification is B. Pharm or M. Pharm. Candidates with MBA in marketing after B. Pharm or M. Pharm will be prefered. As most of large companies prefer experienced candidates over freshers, in that sense field experience is important to join PMT but it is not mandatory at all.
