JEE Main mainly consists of three papers mainly and will be conducted in two shifts – morning and evening.
There are three subjects that need to be study in JEE Main exam i.e. -
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
MCQs and numerical based questions will be asked in the exam.
There will be total 300 marks for this exam.
Marking Scheme - 4 for the correct answer, -1 for the wrong answer and 0 for the unanswered question.
In paper I each Subject will contain two sections. Section A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for Section B as well.
