Hey reeshav,
As you are private student and in order to get your migration certificate you need to contact your regional board office ,if you belong to CBSE board you can either sign up on digilocker app you will easily find it on play store
Digilocker: towards paperless governance website with your aadhaar card and registered phone number ,there you will get your migration certificate present on the portal of the CBSE board.

Thank you for reply! Does digilocker provide migration certificate for private candidate ? I thought they only provide for regular students.
