I mean i am jee aspirant , i am at end of 11th std , i go in classes and every sunday the classes held test , my scores have been constant for jee mains  upto 160-170 but i want to reach 250, so what extra efforts i must put to reach their besides solving reference book for phy,chem,maths bcoz i want to be perfect in application as well as in solving...

First, work with the subject in which you frequently score least.you have to give more effort in that subject.
Next, there will be some chapter in every subject form which you can score easily. First Work on that chapters, since they are the major scoring part.
Then finally analyse the  paper after Every exam and after few exams you Will get to know the topics you aren't clear with, then go with those chapters.

More importantly, you have to work to improve.
First you should be clear with the topics, just knowing formulas wouldn't help you always, when the questions are twisted you will feel difficult to solve.
