Oscillations and Waves, Magnetic Effect of Current and Magnetism, Electronic devices, Kinematics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electrostatics and Current Electricity. Oscillations is an extremely important topic, fetching a huge weightage every year. Take care to be thorough with these!

Chemistry:
Organic Chemistry (IUPAC nomenclature is a key type of question), Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Coordination Compounds, p-block elements, Equilibrium, Biomolecules, Aldehydes Ketones Carboxylic Acids, Alcohol Phenol Ether and Chemical Kinetics. Also, questions from quantitative analysis are frequent, and they catch students off-guard. Just remember that they can be solved by using basic titration methods!
