Sorry but I am not from CPT I am from c.a. foundation . In new schedule law is a subjective type paper . I want to ask how can I prepare myself to write a actual answer in this paper.

. fact of the case:Write down in brief the situation given in the question. Do not write down the whole question but just 2–3 lines or better if u could write down in points.2.legal provisionsWrite down in detail the whole section which pertains to the given condition in the question. Try to quote the section numbers if u exactly know don't write wrong section no. And also if any case study i.e. Any decision or judgement is known quote it. Try to maximise this part as 80% of the marks are alloted to this portion if ur conclusion is correct.3 conclusionNow give the final decision beginning with the sentences like “in light of the above mentioned provision……” or “in pursuance of the provisions of the law mentioned …..”.keep this conclusion brief instead of exaggerating it. Don't make this blunder mistake of make this part lengthy.
