Just be honest to yourself, work hard and don't try to spoil your life because of those activities which makes you feel bad. If you wanna study seriously, there are many online sites, and try to solve previous year questions. It will help you a lot

You have one more year to study for the JEE main 2020. So you have to make strong fundamentals for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. Chemistry one of the mark fetching subjects for organic and inorganic chemistry you have to study NCERT Chemistry part 1 & 2. For Physics you can prepare from DC Pandey. Practice the previous year questions from GRB. Apart from this for Mathematics you can read Arihant series or SL Lony. Apart from all these you have to practice a lot of previous year questions to make your fundamental strong.
