JEE-Main is an examination to check accuracy as well as the speed of a candidate. You need to cover up the whole syllabus thoroughly, then only you can focus on important chapters. Here is the list of important chapter subject-wise:

Physics

1. Electrostatics

2. Current electricity

3. Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism

Chemistry

1. Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure

2. Inorganic Chemistry

3. Organic Chemistry

Maths

1. Complex Number

2. Quadratic Equations

3. Calculus

These are the important chapters you must surely revise and practice. Also, you should try to solve mock test and previous year exams to grasp the pattern of exam more clearly.

Also, you must go through NCERTs books, which are the building blocks for scoring high marks in the exam. You must try to solve previous year paper and mock test to analyze your preparation level.
