In 2018, under State Quota only one Medical Coklege has lesser cut offs than your current score under Vidarbha OBC Category. 356 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College, Akola with an All India Rank of 115214. To be honest you may get a seat in Private Medical College. Starting with GMC, Akola, your preferences can be as follows:
