Dear Deepali, trousers are a fancy and formal words for pants. So in Indian context, it is loose pants for men and for women it is Chinos, normal formal pants or the salwar kameez pants. Not the regular leggings and jeggings. They should be as simple as light as possible without amy big buttons, embroidery, unnecessary number of pockets, designs. In short anything that is not simpla, light and formal is not allowed. Please remember not to complement your trousers with heels or shoes. It should be low heeled sandals.  No metak jewellery of whatsoever.
