As per your requirement, i would say that for sponsered candidates who applied under christian christian minority network are selected through the same process like other candidates like by applying for the  counseling of state and aiq and then selecting their category reserved to avail its facilities. 

The only difference is that such sponsored candidates will get selected easier to other candidates which less marks and less cut off as they already have seats to certain percent reserved only to their category.
