You have to solve each and every question to get suceed . You have to practise a lot . Try to solve the questions as fast as possible .  First solve the ncert book then jump to reference books . And then solve last 10 years jee paper this will help you to analyse your speed and the pattern of exam

Islam inorder to fetch the top 100 rank in Jee Mains you need to be good with your stratigies and preparation because inorder to be in under top 100 rank you need to mould your preparation in such a way  that you can be under that range. For that start your preparation with the conceptual books like NCERT , RD Sharma etc. then after that go for the other reference books , mock test and previous 10 years IIT-JEE papers that will be helpful for you.

first of all  your goal is not impossible ,
All students have same goal as your goal so it is too tough
Don't waste time because it is very important year
As i know and  what i follow just follow this steps
1: focus in classroom
2 : make a 2 types of  time table , first daily and second monthly
3: as your goal u  want  10 hours studying with 100 % focus and improve study focus day by day
4: also solve papers
5 : be relax and keep studing

Top 100 Rank is a Very difficult task and even if The day of exam for some Candidate does not go well He may wish that mark. But with Proper strategy You can be one among those who aspire to come under 100 Rank, My first answer would be You should first Read interview of someone who has secured under100 Rank because they Did it and they will guide in Best way possible, However, it is always better to take advice from those who did not achieve because they can tell You mistakes You should Not do.
