There is no such a predefined procedure for admission to a management quota seats as there's for a CAP seats.
The Institute has all the authorities to fill the management quota seats and the procedure for this varies college by college.
Also many times colleges demands huge donations for management seats as well as management quota seats do not offer any reservations or fees exemptions for the ST, SC, OBC, PWD and defense candidates.
So I would suggest you to try for centralized admission process first before going for management quota.
However if you want to take admission via management quota only then you have to contact admission authorities of respective college as the procedure varies college by college.
