Hey ,
Here are the steps to apply for all india quota :-

In between June 13 and June 23 , Candidates will be able to register on the official MCC website to make choices till 5.00 PM on June 18, and complete payment till 12 noon on June 19.
The final choice filling and locking will be allowed between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM on June 19.
The process of seat allotment will take place on the MCC server on June 20 and June 21 while the result of NEET first round seat allotment will be declared on June 22.
Candidates will be then required to report to their allotted colleges between June 23 and July 3, 2018.
Similarly counseling for Round 2 and 3 will take place .
