Some of the  basic  steps to apply for convocation letter are :

1. Requisition letter written to the Controller of Examinations and signed by the candidate only (Not by anybody else)
2. Xerox copy of Photo Identity card of Adar card/Driving License/Passport /Identity card issued by the Institution.
3. Every student is expected to fill Online Convocation Form at the respective Academic Study Centre.
4. Student should have copy of final exam Marksheet, Passing Certificate & Photo Identity proof and should deposit fees of appropriate amount at the Academic Study Centre.
5. The Convocation forms will be accepted by the university within 15 days from the declaration of the result or as per the University schedule.
6. Incomplete forms and forms received after the prescribed last date, will not be accepted.

Make sure every detail is entered right for the convocation to be recieved early
