Hello,

The candidate must apply for the transfer of registration within six months from the date of emmision of NOC of concerned State Dental Council/Tribunal. A Fee of Rs. 500/- is to be rewarded by the candidate by clicking on the "Pay Now" link which is available after submitting the application.
