It depends where you wish to take admission as all colleges and universities have their own criteria for the same like if you want to get admission in NITs/IIITs then JEE Main exam is must or if you want to get admission in state colleges then you will have to appear in state exams or if you want to get admission in private universities then BITs, VIT etc exam are there.
