To appear for these you need to prepare for the exams which comprise quantitative ability,logical ability, decision making, gk, reading comprehension and verbal ability. Apart from these, you also need to apply for your desired colleges separately and if clear their cutoffs you have prepare for group discussions, interviews, essays, wat, etc and appear for them.
