Hello sana,
For apply caste certificate, you have to go to your tehsil or SAHAJ JANSEVA KENDRA.
Approach the office of the Village Officer of the area, Given application addressed to the Tahsildar.
for that 10th or 12th marks sheet and adhar card required.
You have to apply for that.

Sir ,I belong to Karnataka. And I have my caste(obc) +Income certificate in Kannada.How can I get the (ncl) in English??
