In which subject do you intend to pursue your PhD? 

Usually, universities require GRE 2018 scores for admission to Masters programs. But not all courses require a GRE score.

But you will have to prove your English Language proficiency through one of the tests IELTS or TOEFL.

Also, a good CGPA during your graduation as well as a substantial work experience will help you get an admission offer from the institution.
