After email verification, you will have to go back to your portal which will require logging in again by providing email id and password. After logging in to your portal, complete the form by providing all the required details. Upload the scanned copies of all the required documents and hence finally submit the form.

This form generally comes out in the month of August and it lasts till mid-November most probably.
