Hey Arpita !

I am sorry to inform but AIIMS doesn't provide any course of B.Tech. in Biotechnology. It only provides scope for the students to pursue an M.Tech. in Biotechnology.

For the B.Tech. Course, you must go through the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Delhi which takes in students on the basis of their score in JEE Mains and Advance.
