Dear Shri,

Once the results were announced by CBSE, you had to log in to your account to know your rank. CBSE also notifies whether you were eligible for the counselling for the AIQ MBBS seats.

You need to register for the online counselling at the MCC website. Here once enter your roll number your details are automatically pulled into the form and you will allowed to participate in the counselling. The MCC gives all the information to candidates on the whole process of how to make college selections, accept the allotment etc.

Two-three days are allotted for selecting the colleges. There are no limits to the number of colleges you want to select. You are supposed to give the order of your preference.

Through a complex methodology based on your rank you are given preference on your choices.   The students who get their college choice have to go to the college and submit their docs and pay the fee. If you fail to do this you forfeit your seat/rank and can’t participate in the next round.

If you don’t get your first choice you can still go for the second round counselling if you have made that choice while filling the form.

Good luck !
